We include all utilities for £20 per person per week.

Exeter University students do not pay Council Tax

Utilities

Only pay for what you use

All the houses have smart meters. At the end of your tenancy we calculate the amount used, and rebate the surplus to you. The houses are so energy efficient, every year we return money to tenants.

What you use is up to you. In the very unlikely event bills exceed this, any shortfall can be taken from the deposit, on departure.
